We Specialise in Travel Management

At Chapman & Carter, we specialise in travel management, mainly within the corporate sector with a complete end-to-end booking solution for all our clients. We see ourselves as an extension of our client's travel programme consistently delivering the ultimate customer experience through our expertise and dedication.

Established in late October 2021, Chapman & Carter emerged in response to a significant gap in the travel management arena. We identified a need for transparent and consistent pricing, combined with inspired customer service. Our major investor and shareholder, a former client who deeply believed in our core values, offered us the opportunity to start a travel management company with a unique blueprint.

Our Updates

2024

  • In January 2024, Angela Roberts joined our team as Finance Manager.

  • In April 2024, Chapman & Carter joins the Business Travel Association – the representative association for the business travel community and travel management companies.

  • In May 2024 we launched a new division of our business called C&C Associates, allowing independent travel consultants to utilise our booking infrastructure and technology applications.

  • Chapman & Carter appoints Techquity to manage its social media and marketing communications strategy across Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • In June 2024, Ashlin Pugh joins our Business Development Team with a focus of building our client base within the C&C Associates Brand.

  • In July 2024, C&C opens an additional office location on Manor Royal Business Park in Crawley.  We will have a team of 4 Senior Reservations Agents based here and this headcount will grow with new client acquisitions.

  • Chapman & Carter partners with Travelogix Analytix, enabling us to provide enriched live reporting across our corporate client base.

2023

  • In January 2023, Chapman & Carter secures its first £1,100,000+ trading month.  Chapman & Carter partners with 360 Travel enabling us to support our corporate clients with their personal leisure requirements.

  • Chapman & Carter secures its first major groups meetings and incentives trip to Dubai for over 300 delegates.

  • We signed an exclusive technology agreement with our hosting partners, providing our corporate clients with access to the best in market technology applications including a single sign-on travel portal and award-winning self-booking solution.

  • In June 2023, our Reservations Team grew with the recruitment of Adam Dodson and we employed a Business Development Manager to assist with our major growth plans and strategy.

  • In September 2023, Chapman & Carter increases its UK footprint with a physical office location in Manchester City Centre.

  • The company finished on just under £10,000,00 turnover, which was an 80 percent increase on budgeted number.

2022

  • Chapman & Carter first corporate travel booking created in early January.

  • The company was started with David, Jay, Nick and Saleem, followed shortly by the recruitment of Claire Dietz and Graham Cannings, our first Senior Travel Managers to join the business.

  • We signed a commercial office space agreement with WeWork in Marylebone in February 2022.

  • In March 2022, we enlisted the help of Mauryu in India to help assist with our back office and client accounting needs.

  • We secured our first major corporate client in September 2022 with a spend in excess of £2,000,000 annually.

  • In late 2022, we recruited Laura Cook and Claire Taylor, who joined our Reservations Team.

  • On 9th December 2022, Chapman & Carter hosts its first staff Christmas Party and L’Oscar hotel in Holborn.

  • December 2022, we completed our first full year of trading.

2021

  • 25th October 2021, the company was officially incorporated on Companies House 

  • A strategic partnership was formed with a global travel agency with offices in over 155 locations 

  • We secured and implemented our mid and back-office solution, Smartitech in November 2021
